Ingredients  
1) Mustard 1/3 cup 
2) Parsley(chopped) 1 tbsp 
3) Honey 1 1/2 tbsp 
4) Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp 
5) Water 1 tbsp 
6) Hot Red Pepper Sauce 1/4 tsp 
7) Coarse Black Pepper 1/8 tsp 
8) Beef(boneless) 1 lb 

Method
1. Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce, and pepper. 
2. Place beef top loin steaks and onions on grid over medium coals, brush. 
3. Both sides liberally with glaze. 
4. Grill steaks and onions 15 to 20 minutes for rate (140 degrees) to medium (160 degrees) or to desired doneness, Turning once and again brushing with glaze. 
5. Beef top loin steaks will yield 3 1/2 cooked trimmed servings per pound. 
6. Boneless beef top loin steaks and onions may also be cooked in covered Cooker (direct method) turning once and brushing with glaze.

Ingredients  
1/2 kg beef steaks 
Salt and pepper to taste 
2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste 
1 tbsp. mustard paste 
10 black peppercorns 
2 bay leaf 
2 cinnamon sticks 
2 big cardamoms 
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds 
1/2 tsp. coriander powder 
1/2 tsp. all spices powder 
2 onion 
3 tomatoes 
3 green chilies 
1/2 bunch coriander leaves 
1/2 cup oil 

Method
Hammer the beef fillets with a meat mallet. Marinate with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste and 1 tsp. oil. 
To prepare the masala, take a medium sized skillet, heat 1/2 cup oil. Fry the chopped onions, then add ginger garlic paste. Stir for 2-3 minutes. 
Add the black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, big cardamom, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cloves, Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. 
Add the chopped tomatoes and chopped green chilies. Cook till a masala of uniform consistency is reached. 
Fry the steaks 3 minutes on each side and place them in the masala and cook for 2-3 minutes or till they are done. 
Serve in a deep platter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, julienne cut ginger and green chilies. Serve with hot naan.

Ingredients :
Chicken mince 250 gm 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp 
Salt 1 tsp 
Black pepper ½ tsp 
All spIce ½ tsp 
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped) 
Green chillies 4 (chopped) 
Ingredients for dough: 
Flour 2 cups 
Ghee 6 tbsp 
Salt ½ tsp 
Water to knead

1. Method for filling: In a pan, heat oil. 
2. Add mince with ginger garlic paste. 
3. Then add salt, black pepper, all spice, and crushed red pepper, cook for 10 minutes or till done. 
4. Remove in a bowl add coriander leaves and green chillies. 
5. Method for dough: In a bowl add ghee, flour and salt; gradually add water and knead to make a hard dough. 
6. Knead well, make into small balls then roll into small saucer size. 
7. Spread filling in centre and fold one side to form into a ""D"" shape Samosa, deep fry till light golden. 
8. Enjoy with tamarind sauce or ketchup.

Dahi Baray Recipe

Ingredients :
gram flour (baisan) 2 tbsp 
all purpose flour 2 tbsp 
Baking powder 1/2 tsp 
Baking soda 1/2 tsp 
Salt 1/2 tsp 
Water to make thick paste 

yogurt 1/2 cup 
Salt a pinch 
Sugar 2 - 4 tbsp (adjust according to your taste) 
chat masala to sprinkle
Dahi Baray Method / Tarika:
Mix gram flour, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda add water and make a thick paste. 

Then, heat oil, add spoon full in oil and deep fry them till golden 

Take them out and put them on paper towel to absorb excess oil 

Separately, whip yogurt add salt and sugar... add milk or water to make it thin consistency but these type of dahi barays are thick kind... 

Now add in medium bowl add warm water, add fried flour balls... and let them soak for 2 - 4 minutes until soft... then put one by one on palm and squeeze water out of it. 

Add them in whipped yogurt. 

Cover them with yogurt... let them stay in fridge before serving. 

While serving... sprinkle chat masala and serve.
